Jordan’s career began in 2006 at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She honed her clinical skills in the high-stakes environment of the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center, working in the Burn ICU. Transitioning from travel nursing to home infusion, Jordan discovered a passion for the complex needs of patients with rare and orphan disorders. Upon moving to Florida, Jordan took on pivotal leadership roles within a national specialty pharmacy nursing organizations. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, Director of Intake, Quality Assurance Nurse, and Nurse Educator, she mastered the business side of nursing—overseeing emerging drug therapies, managing FDA compliance, and refining the intricate coordination required for specialty care.
